台灣被壓迫者劇場推展中心為非營利的解放教育劇場機構。

中心長期致力與弱勢社群、非營利團體、社服機構合作，在尊重文化主體性的共識下攜手行動，建立以參與者為主體的行動平台，蘊釀個人和社會轉化，促進人性化社會發展。

我們的宗旨：

以結合批判教育和被壓迫者劇場的解放教育劇場
做為思想與行動的核心精神。

任務：應用新語言和批判視角反思社群處境；

舉辦被壓迫者劇場工作坊、師資培訓；
定期舉辦講座、讀書會、研討會；

參與國際教育劇場會議進行跨領域交流和連結，分享相關資訊。

Logo傳遞的訊息之一：
被壓迫者劇場是一個空間。
這個劇場空間的本質是流動與開放的——人們自主選擇進/出，
在與人相遇時攜手．分享．對話．連結．行動．
創造新世界！

Logo傳遞的訊息之二：
Logo外框乃形塑『人』的家庭、學校、社會框架。
那內化了的偏見、刻板印象、價值觀...建構了人我異同的界限
將人層層囚禁。

中心邀請人們於劇場創造的空間
分享生命故事、開啟真誠對話
反思覺察那堵被型塑、固化了的銅牆鐵壁
練習接納差異
尊重
多元抉擇——或維持現狀、或採取改變行動。

Within the space created by theatre of the oppressed, we have thechance to share our life experiences and build dialogue, connection, network withothers and find the partner to walk the journey: a path to awakening, self-discoveryand self-empowerment. It is not a closed space but with exits where people canfind the way in and out.

The frame separates different spaces symbolize the invisible framewe carry on every day, become internalized boundaries of prejudice, traditionalvalues, social systems and stereotypes that led to alienation and estrangementamong people.

Using theatre of the oppressed as a vehicle for socialtransformation, TO Taiwan looks forward to challenge the social structure butalso respect and support an individual's choice to maintain the status quo or breakthe frame.
